It was a poor experience. First our bus was just a normal bus both ways and not a Harry Potter bus.. It was my gf birthday and she is a big fan of Harry Potter. So it was a bad start. On the way out our bus was delayed at least 20 mins. I would not recommend TIQETS TO NO ONE. Expensive and bellow expectation. Big let down.
