Absolutely stunning! The weather was fabulous and therefore so was the view. There were no issues with the tickets and admission, and we weren't rushed. The whole experience from purchasing tickets (dead easy) to spending time up the Shard on the viewing platform. Highly recommend!
A nice way to start my husband’s 70th birthday celebrations. Champagne was delightful and views were amazing
We really enjoyed this experience. It was wonderful to see the Thames winding through the city. we went to level 68 and 69 and had some amazing cocktails. The toilet with a view was very amusing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful adding to a great experience. I would definitely recommend the View from the Shard.

Enjoyable experience, not too busy
Excellent views along the river Thames, the ‘Tower of London’, Tower Bridge, Sheffield, City of London, St Paul’s Cathedral, Canary Wharf/Isle of Dogs, etc. (+much more). A great orientation to London for new visitors, and a great refresher overall.
Great experience and it was quick. Amazing services by all the staff… you can take any food but they keep it in the locker and give you back when you are leaving the building.

We took advantage of the mid week reduced price. Had booked 11am slot. We were let in promptly , tickets scanned and in the first lift of the day. Great views. Fantastic experience.
An absolutely brilliant way to see London from up on high, and see the views for miles around. 100% worth the money, amazing experience.
Unfortunately the weather was not on our side for our visit today with low cloud and reduced visibility but, nonetheless, it was still an amazing experience and one we would wholeheartedly recommend.

Visited on 5th January with my grandson, aged 10. We both thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Not too many people visiting which made it more enjoyable. Fantastic views, personable and well informed staff.
I took my friend who’s afraid of heights, we went for dinner the previous week, she loved that, so I pushed for the top, it was brilliant cannot express what she said , she is still talking about it, she is buzzing, thank you
it was a pleasant experience, it was exactly as we expected, but the feeling of being above the world and closer to the clouds is inexplicable, I recommend, and the staff, service and drink is A+, congrats🙏🏻🥰
Outta this world. The lift was so fast but hardly felt any movement. I hate lifts but it was fine. Fantastic view. Staff so helpful, I'm going again with family. Highly lol recommend.😀

Nice view. Windows too full of people and to be cleaned up. The elevator has a boring video and in general below the expectations compared to the NYC top of the rock. Better for a rooftop where to drink with friends than for turists
We arrived went straight through security (like in an airport) had photos taken, then in lift to floor 33, then in second lift to floor 68. Then you see the stunning views..

It was my 3rd visit to Shard normally on each particular visit I’ve accompanied relatives from abroad who wanted to pay a visit at London Bridge. I suggested to them to visit Shard but each time it has been amazing to see the scenery. Did one in Winter, one in Summer and one in Autumn. It hasn’t been boring , I’m sure in the future I will go there again. It is a must those visiting London to pay a visit to the Shard.
Didn’t end up going because it was the solar eclipse and apparently the time on your ticket is your “queing” time. Really disappointed as it was my birthday and I booked these tickets in June. Even spoke to someone to see if we could get in line and we were refused. Wasn’t a nice experience.
