Well worth the money. Very smooth and well organised process of entering the bridge. The staff were knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions we asked.

Tower Bridge is one of the most beautiful bridges in the world. The experience of walking on the bridge and seeing the inner workings of the bridge was exciting and different

Greeted extremely well and our dogs were welcomed like old friends. Much info given to us as we walked the walk and a member of staff kindly helped in getting a stamped coin from the machine.
It was an amazing thing to see. It kept our attention and to see how everything was made and maintained was great. Great price for the tickets.

A great experience, interesting, beautiful and the staff were all so good. So pleased we went at a time which saw the sun starting to set.
Very good value. We learnt loads of new things and loved the view from the top. The staff were fantastic and really friendly and it wasn't over crowded. I would really recommend it to fill an hour or so.

Tower Bridge ticket office could not find our reservation and we ended up with complimentary tickets, bit upsetting for a while but ok in the end.
It was a beautiful experience. Even though I was scared shitless walking on the glass floor but I sat down on it and took some lovely pictures.
Helpful staff at the ticket office and lots of them to help you with any questions or queries. Very professional and keen to help especially as some were standing outside in really strong winds.
Very good if this is the sort of thing you like, which we did. The engine rooms were great too. Informative videos of how it was constructed and about the life of the men and women who worked there.
The door was amazing so much to see and do in your own timeframe. We learnt about how the bridge was built and maintained and got to walk on the glass panels through which we could see the traffic below
Excellent, the talk at the beginning, the details along the way and the glass floor were great, to top it off you come out and follow the blue line to the engine room and gift shop...well worth the ticket price.

I had such a great time visiting Tower Bridge today. I did however experience my first ever bout of vertigo 😬 but it was still worth it! I got over it and had a great time with my sister.

We really enjoyed our Tower Bridge Experience and got to see the engine room too which was also a good knowledge of all that was behind the making & maintenance of the Bridge
We went with our 14 year old twins they loved it the staff took time to help them get the photos that they wanted as we went on New Year’s Eve it gave them more memories
I really enjoyed my visit to to Tower Bridge special on a wet Friday afternoon I'm actually scared of heights not for the light-hearted walking on the glass🤣

Shame don’t realise it’s not one way on the steps on the way to the engine rooms but that’s nothing to do with Tower Bridge but people’s selfishness. Nothing the bridge staff can do about that.

First visit in the morning so no big waiting line.Not too long a visit and very usefull to get the electronic guide that you can download as you enter. Also close to Borough Market to visit next.
My grandson and I enjoyed the whole experience even the long climb! The glass footpath is an added bonus. My grandson enjoyed following the blue line to the engine room. An interesting place to visit for all ages.
Booking the ticket was ok and the whole Tower Bridge experience was nice but tiqets.com mislead direction to the entrance, they put wrong address and made it stressful! Not happy with Tiqets.com
