Loved our exploration of Westminster Abbey. It was fascinating. So glad I had pre booked tickets for a time as they wouldn't let people in outside that time. Too many visitors for that. We just went straight in on our allotted time. Took us about 1 hour 45 minutes to see Westminster Abbey.
Easy entrance, excellent Abbey guides, certainly not over-crowded per session, unlike some exhibitions one encounters.
It was wonderful! So much beauty and history. It is my third time at Westminster. I simply love it. Getting my admissions through Tíquet made it easier.
The entry to Westminster Abbey was easy they had our information on hand. The self tour using the head phones and recorder was very adequate. You were able to take your time throughout the visit and never felt rushed. I highly recommend the tour.
I wasn't expecting much from Westminster Abbey, but wow, I really enjoyed it. So much history and the one staff person I spoke to was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Beautiful. Just stunning. We had a lovely visit to Westminster Abby. Even though it was crowded we still could see everything. Took us a couple of hours, but we’ll worth the time.

We enjoyed our visit to Westminster Abbey and used the audio visual self directed tour around the Abbey.
Found the process of purchasing the tickets very easy & came through to my email promptly was easy to enter the Abbey with the online ticketing.
It’s an amazing place, the only thing I would comment on it could be more cold friendly, like putting a watch out for this book like they did at at Paul’s
Pleasantly uncrowded and enjoyable. May I suggest there should be a notice at the bottom of the stairs to the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Galleries advising that the Gallery is a long way up the staircase and you may prefer to take the lift.

I showed the printed ticket at the entrance to the Abbey and got in quickly. There were free audio headsets available which were very helpful. There tour of the Abbey was very interesting and enjoyable.
Enjoyed the visit, bit it was very chaotic inside during our tour.
Definitely worth visiting but we wouldn’t go during the summer again. It was far too busy. We had wanted to go to the cafe first but it didn’t appear you could do that as there was a one way system round the Abbey that you had to follow.
I had no idea what I was walking into. The audio guide was helpful though it could provide more details. Having said that I think you could do this tour several times and see something new each time!
Visiting the interior of the church was very interesting and spectacular for me, and this place is a historical and memorable place for all visitors.
The slightly discounted ticket was wonderful however, upon arrival at the allocated time slot, I still had to join a 45-60 minute queue as it wasn’t the official ticket. This was not made clear at the start.
any preference,any priority, we had to stand in line and in thge end we actually paid more. the qeeue was short.... so, i recommend buy on the spot .
